We are getting together a Mossberg serial number data base. I know there are a lot of members wanting to know the date of their Mossberg's without the hassle of calling Mossberg or Havlin. We need member input for this to work. We are asking for the first few digits of you serial #, (A123xxx)and any info you have on the gun.(box label,date bought). Mossberg 500a Serial Number Location
I have an old Mossberg 500-B, 16-gauge, pump-action, 28' full-choke barrel, chambered for 2 3/4' shells. I know this shotgun is at least 30-40 years old and possibly older than that. I'm trying to locate the serial number and am not having any luck at all. Is it possible it never came with a serial number? Generac generator error code 2800.
